Machines within the Vertical Form Fill and Seal range can produce bag widths between 50mm to 600mm. Pillow pack, gusseted, block bottom and four corner seal formats are all achievable.
Other options available include: gas flushing, euroslots, tear notches, carry handles & air relief holes.
Options of standard intermittent pneumatic operated jaws as well as full servo driven and continuous film feed machines which allow speeds of up to 140 packs per minute dependent on film, product and feed system are available.
The GHP250 stand up pouch machine produces pouches up to 250mm wide from reel film. Creating packs from reels of film allows the customer to be in charge of their own quality and saves money against purchasing pre-made pouches.
