Do you support your local community and do you know schools do not automatically teach children First Aid? Flat Stan First Aid workshops introduce children in primary schools to essential life skills and First Aid.
In the past 12 months approximately 15,000 children across the UK have been introduced to First Aid with the help of Flat Stan. The workshops have been specifically developed for primary school children.
The workshops are fun and enriching, and our team of trainers encourage the children to take part during the 75 minute session. At the end of the session every child is presented with a book, sticker and certificate. The workshops are supported by the First Aid Industry Body and our team of trainers are on hand to deliver workshops at a school of your choice.
As First Aid does not form part of the school curriculum, schools do not get specific funding from the government. Schools, PTAs, and in some instances businesses pay for the workshops.
Would you like to sponsor a workshop at a school of your choice and give something back to your local community? The workshops cost from as little as £3.85 per child. We know young children can learn these essential skills and by working together we can make a real difference.
